Jacob

Jen and Greg found Jacob.   He arrived at their home and showed that he was starving and a wonderful cat.  Jen walked him down to my home, yeah you read that right they both walked.  When I went out to meet him, he ran to me.

It was clear that he was not a feral cat and after bringing him in he acted like being in a house was fine for him.  It was also clear he was hungry.  He ate tons.  Then he totally loved me. 

He also talks a lot but really was fine over night.  He spent the night in my "new cat" room.  I might have spent it with him but I've no way to sleep there. 

So welcome Jacob, you are loved immediately....... well by me, might take a while for the other 6 cats to love you, but it's clear you will get a long with them even though the meet/greet will take a while.

Jacob has been with me for over 4 months.  He was 8lbs when he arrived.  He is 14 1/2 lbs now.  He's a brown ticked tabby - Abyssinian.  Okay it's my guess that is what he is.  If he was abandoned out where we live who ever dumped him threw away over $1000. 

He's quite unique and he's made it obvious that 14 1/2 lbs is only part of his full size.  He is kind of aggressive which means he sleeps in his room and gets put back in there when he attacks someone.  He bites me when I put him in his room ...... sigh.......... but it's clear my other 6 cats know he's just a kid and although he is a BIG kid his attacks are just aggressive playing.  So almost all of the are no longer scared of him (except Tasha), that said they all avoid him.
